Charities

At St Wilfrid's, we support the work of local and national charities who need financial assistance to continue the work they are doing. In 2007, it was decided to change our giving to take the form of retiring collections. These happen at our 8.00am and 10.30am Eucharist on the second and third Sunday of each month. The charities which we support at the moment have been appointed by the Church. It is hoped that every year, there would a review to enable us to change the charities we we contribute too.

Each of our charities for 2008 are listed below with an opportunity to visit to find out further information about the latest work being done by each.
